This wide range of products is a source of improvement of the environmental performance of our customers.

Our high energy density MATRIX (MRX) rechargeable batteries allow train manufacturers to limit the weight of passenger cars, thus allowing the transportation of more passengers in each train.

Our very long life LS primary battery range, used in automated meter reading devices, are replaced only after 12 to 16 years of use, thus reducing the amount of waste generated.

Our rechargeable Sunica.plus range, designed to meet the requirements of photo-voltaic and wind power installation, allows renewable energy assets to interface smoothly with the existing power generation and distribution infrastructure.

Batteries manufactured by our Johnson Control-Saft Advanced Power Solution joint-venture will allow hybrid vehicles, whose fossil fuel consumption and tail-pipe exhaust are greatly reduced relative to conventional automobiles, and zero-emission electric vehicles to further grow their market share of the automotive market.
